The
3 Historical Cities - The Three Cities tour commences
with a drive through Senglea, then to Cospicua and finally up
to Vittoriosa. The city of Vittoriosa, known by the Maltese
as Birgu, retains many interesting buildings including the early
Auberges of the Knights, their hospital, the Armory, the Treasury
and palaces connected with the Order's administration
Malta
Highlights – Visiting the Mosta Dome –
third largest unsupported Dome in Europe, Ta’ Qali Crafts
Village – visiting a glass factory. A gold and Silver
Filigree Factory and many other Crafts. Rabat- a pleasant drive
through the old village of Rabat, Mdina “ The Silent City”
– a walk through this medieval walled city built by the
Phoenicians, Blue Grotto – Mystic Sea Cave with a deep
bottom reflecting the brilliant colours of Marine Fauna (optional
20 min boat trip ride.) & Maltese quarry – where the
local limestone is cut.
Gozo
Day Tour - A full day tour to Malta's sister Island
Gozo, getting there by means of a 20 minute ferry crossing.
This full day includes a visit to Ggantija Prehistoric Temples,
The Citadel in Victoria, Xlendi Bay and Calypso's Cave. Lunch
is included, as well as time for shopping, browsing through
hand-made lace and woolen goods.
Blue
Grotto and Temples Tour - Visiting the southern
fishing villages of Marsaxlokk & Birzebbuga. Then, weather
permitting; a boat takes you from Wied iz-Zurrieq to the picturesque
Blue Grotto with its stalactites and colourful underwater flora
(boat fare not included/payable locally). After lunch, visit
the Tarxien Temples and the prehistoric caves of Ghar Dalam,
where the earliest inhabitants of this island resided.
Half Day Tours
Medina
Special - This excursion commences with the visit
of Mosta Church, renowned world wide for its magnificent dome
and then proceeds with a walk through the medieval walled city
of Mdina, situated in the centre of the Island. The highlights
of this visit are the Cathedral, the Cathedral Museum and the
ramparts that command a magnificent view of the Island. The
tour includes a short stop for a free drink and some time to
explore the narrow winding streets or to visit one of the local
audio-visual shows.
West
of Malta – Visiting Buskett – Short
stop at Buskett Gardens to admire the beautiful setting in which
the Grand Master de Verdalle built his summer palace in 1586.
Today known as the Verdala Castle, Dingli Cliffs – These
immense cliffs are 270m above sea level and drop almost vertically
into the sea, Mgarr – visiting the parish church of this
small village (Tea stop at the same village.)
Gozo
– Half day Coast sight Seeing
– A wonderful opportunity to spend the afternoon in Gozo
in a relaxing tour combined with swimming at one of the popular
beaches where we visit the Azzure Window, Xwejni Bay, Ramla
Bay, Xlendi Bay Marsalforn bay and Qbajjar Bay. On the way to
the ferry we drive to the panoramic view of the harbour and
Comino.

– a multi vision show covering 7000 years of Maltese history
in spectacular sound 45 minutes of sound and vision you will
never forget. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
Jeep Safari
This
ever-popular Jeep Safari has been planned to show you the most
beautiful parts of our Islands, which are rarely visited by
tourists. All the usual tourist sites are avoided and the tour
concentrates on an action packed day full of scenic beauty and
fun. A professional Safari leader will guide you throughout
the day via radio taking you to places that even most local
people do not know exist. A stop for swimming is also programmed.
A typical lunch is served where one may sample a large selection
of local specialities and taste the local farmers' wine.
The Jeep Safari is ideal for all age groups and it is a superb
way of getting to know Malta and Gozo. There are only a limited
number of places available every day and it is recommended that
you book early during your holiday. At time of booking please
indicate persons who would like to drive. Drivers must be over
21 years and hold a valid driving licence. All jeeps are 4 wheel
drive, fully insured including passengers liability and have
radio contact with the Safari Leader. All passengers, including
driver, also have insurance cover.
Snorkelling & Diving
